The perfect "staple" meal?

I eat the same "big" meal about 3 times a day every day and I was just wondering how it compared to everyone else. Heres what I eat.

1 turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread - 300 calories
1 - 2 serving sizes of whole wheat noodles. - 300 calories
2 glasses of milk - 150 calories
1 banana - 50 calories

Am I getting everything I need? I also eat about 2 or 3 mini meals a day consisting of 300 - 500 calories.

PS: I love potatoes but I know their loaded with simple carbs. I heard there is a certain type of potatoe that is more healthy for you. Does anyone know?
