Alright, we all would love to be able to cook our 4-6 meals a day, but we sometimes need to eat Protein Bars. I weight 180 lbs and I'm currently 16% body fat. I want to get down to 9% body fat. I have never been below 12%, so I am taking this very serious. I have checked out most of the Protein Bars (Everlast, CarbRite Diet, etc.) I see that most of them have about 22 grms of Carb, but some have something called "sugar alcohol" or "Carb Alc"- Basically, I want the Protein bar with the highest Protein and lowest Carb. So, what Protein bar is the best? (and what the heck is "carb alc" and "sugar alcoho"?)
