Thinking of HGH

Thinking of trying HGH for the first time. What do you guys (who have taken it) recommend as far as how to take it and for how long? And amount of course. I'm very familiar with gear but just not HGH. At all actually, though I have been thinking about it for some time now. Also, does anyone NOT recommend it?
 
ive used and knowledgable in it, what are your goals for using it, fat loss? muscle gains, etc. i would say 6 month minimun and 5+ iu's a day for muscle gain, anything less for fat loss and inproved sleep and skin, any questions also feel free to send a pm
 
i suppose i don't have any huge reason to do it except for that i'm still pretty active athletically and the anti-aging benefits of HGH are appealing. along with the help it seems to give to connective tissue, eye sight, and old injuries. and obviously some fat loss and muscle gain would be bonus but i really don't have a big problem with too much fat or too little muscle so i guess that would be secondary.
 
It needs to be a long term investment. 4-6 moths at 5iu daily is the minimum I would go. I would also strongly advise using AAS with HGH as it will have a positive synergistic effect.

Long term like OD and Heavy said, and its synergistic with TRT ( Test )
 
Hey bro's quick question!!! Would the dosing on HGH be different for the same results, say as a person in there 20's compared to a person in there late 30's early 40's??? This is for muscle building also fellas.:winkfinger:

For sure- age is a big factor. I am using 3 IU daily- but this is just for general health at my age and I am an old fuck. At your age I would go with 5 IUs daily and whatever juice you are doing. I never go off the test- so my effect/benefits is much different than yours would be. You are " building" -I am just " maintaining" .Age is very important with HGH IMO. But- so is test.Thanks-OD

Depends on your age and what you mean by " benefits " ? Is it like test ? No. Overall health and well being play a huge role in sexual benefits.HGH helps from that point of view -Thanks-OD

Thanks my brotha great info AS ALWAYS LOL!!!!:winkfinger: So I should start off with 5ius maybe even 6ius to see some muscle growth??? Thats actually what I was thinking, but thought maybe I would need more to about 8ius to 10ius to see muscle building. I blast and cruise also, so maybe would even 2ius to 4ius be good during a cruise??? Also I forgot I would be using the 5 on 2 off method, is there a better way that you know of???
 
IMO-no more than 5 IUs for building -3 IUs for cruise.But-I go all year on my 3 IUS-and I don't use a 5/2.I think 5/2 is just to save on $$$ and I don't see any other benefit to a 5/2. If 5 IUs doesn't catch it-more is not going to help. On your cruise-3 IUs should do the trick. The one thing I did find useful. I pin my 3 IUs prior to going to bed and it seems to have a much better benefit. I cannot prove this- so if just objective at this point. I have read a bit about benefits- but maybe just give it a try and see if you agree. Anybody else have thouhts on pinning at night ? Best of luck-Thanks-ordawg1
 
Dont mean to go slightly off topic but there were talks of peptides vs hgh. Is there a decent article somewhere that can educate me on both? Only know of the Dat forum.
 
Just be careful. There are so many fakes floating around is sickening. Especially when dealing with the ever so cheap and abundant blue tops. Now I know Z carries them and has gotten good reviews. I personally am running blues for 2 months now with some joint pain, numbiness in hands, and gradual noticeable fatloss at 4iu daily. That 5/2 split is nonsesne. If you can't afford to run hgh right leave it alone. You need a 6 month minimum to see good results and as heavy put it the synergistic affects with testoterone and other AAS can be down right mind blowing. DO YOUR RESEARCH! The one place that you shouldnt skim on when relating to gear is HGH. Its too big of an investment to get burn. American hgh is without doubt the best. Chinese is the cheapest but as I said before beware. Read this article and you will know why. How far from a beginner could one start looking at something like this? Again, its all going in my mental notebook.
 
all my research pointed to the 5 day on 2 day off split. Also, not every vial I open (I have stock from 2 different sources and this occurs with bottles in the same batch from each source, to be clear) will have immediate suction, are you saying that only some of the vials are good and the few with no suction are bunk? Also Im running 4ius a day so since I just turned 30 a few weeks ago do you think its wise for me to start running 5 ius daily?


IMO injecting 2x a day, once you wake up and about 8 hours later ( combined with the natural release once you enter deep sleep) evenly distributes each surge of HGH throughout the day/night and your body is getting this on more of a constant.
 
If you buy a soda and open it what do you expect to hear, the fizz. If that sounds not there you say its FLAT. No good. Pour it out. HGH is vacuum sealed because of the delicate nature of the amino acid strain. Its 191 chain link which is very very delicate. If not vacuum sealed properly the powder will shift and the chain will break rendering it pretty much useless. If you notice when you turn over the vacuum sealed vials it takes minutes if not hours for it to slowly move. This is what is protecting the 191 amino acid chain link which in it of itself is HGH. So like I said no suction can cause good HGH to turn bad. IU dosage is dependant upon goals. The general rule of thumb is 5 to 6 IU daily minimum for muscle growth. For general well being and fatloss 4IU is ideal As for the beginner question. HGH is ideal because it non hormonal. The reason vets warn newbies about cycling is because AAS are hormonal. If you dont now what your doing damage can occur. As we all have learned the best way to learn about AAS is through real would experience aka trial and error. Beginners should start with the most simple of all AAS and that's testosterone. HGH is something that can be run year round alone or in combination with AAS for next level results.
 
Hmmm, let me say publicly that perhaps im wrong about the suction in my vials because that powder doesnt fuckin move for anything. I wouldnt want to steer anyone away from the great sponsors we have here.
 
Myself and many others have used Blue Tops and it does take time but results are extreme after the correct amount of time- dose and depending on your age. Yes exactly OD - and Pony...

I'm lov'n HGH - and my training has been off and on for the last 6 weeks - from working 7 days a week to hurt'n my back from dead lifts - and now having to get stitches on my back 3 days ago!

The damn stitches are on my lower shoulder blade (it seems) - right where I would tare them doing bench press - and the surgeon says I can't stretch them either which effects a back workout.

However - this week is GAME ON - talk about wanting to bust bust some balls - the 1st bench will get the weights air-born!

Oh, oops - I digress ... "back to the HGH."

I can't wait till Z opens back up - I still have a few months of HGH - but I need to have about 6 months on hand for comfort. :D

If you have a chance - pick up Z's HGH and plan on 6 months to a year.

Can ayone answer this question. If I want to get my IGF-1 levels to 350-400 (anti-aging dose) would it be better to run 2-4 iu's of HGH or peptides like cjc-1295 and ghrp-2 like 100mcg of each? I'm 30 yo btw and will get blood test soon but I know my levels are not 350.
 
Yeah keep it up pony. The longer you run hgh the better. I'm still waiting for z to get back up and running. Been going elsewhere and its just not the same, either quality suffers or customer service. z was tip top with collecting, updating, and fixing errors all in a timely manner. Z WE NEED YOU!
