"To keep things in perspective, less than 1% of women, and less than 10% of males, have the genetic predisposition to naturally develop muscle bulk in response to strength training," says Bryant

I just want to know your all's opinion on this, less than 10% of men can bulk. Found it on msn health articles

rubbish...

Yeah, I don't think I have the best genes, fast-twitch or whatever, to Easily Bulk, but that doesn't mean I cant...I agree, rubbish

pipin17, that is 1 funny statement, i think that person that wrote it is probbably some ectormorph sitting with an office job that has never lifted a weight....
I'm like between ectomorph and mesomorph, when i train i see gains of size bulk muscle but i dont put on fat, so i think that is "rubbish" his statement that 10% of men can bulk, and i dont even use any bulking supplements or anything, so that must be wrong... he should be shot for demotivating people! :P
