If you eat fewer calories than your body requires, you will lose.
If you can figure out a way to do this without tracking or feeling hungry, you'll think it's magic. That's how Atkins worked for me, when I was fat. The weight MELTED off, I thought it was magic.
Turns out I was running a caloric deficit - the high fat diet was so satiating, I ate less.
When you eat less food than you require, you lose weight. No magic.
I remember when Marion was beta-testing this on some of the members of my forum. You might find it helps you run a deficit. If it does, it will work. If it doesn't help YOU run a deficit, it won't work.
