I started eating this for dinner everynight. The only thing I can see that is bad is the price. Other then that...They taste great, take 30 sec to prepare, very conveinent, and great nutrition facts. Do these contain alot of mercury?

I've been eating one every night with brown rice, and brocolli.

a little high, other than that, it looks good to me...

Why do you guys worry about sodium soo much? I drink 2 gallons of water a day, does it really matter? When I eat a cana of tuna I take much more sodium then that...

Should you ever decide to do a lottle gear, you'll want to delete as much sodium as possible. Gear makes you retain water and usally increases the blood pressure do to the high water retention. so a lot of sodium on top of that could result in ?
