Thoughts on this weight gainer shake

I'm a 5'10 145 lb (10-12 % BF) hard gainer.
Good diet, but can't get enough calories here at college.

In my opinion most of these things are pure crap and a waste of money.

I am sure you could eat more/get what you need from real food... What is your current diet like?
