Throwing up after workout !!

Just back home from the gym. I did legs today. I had a great workout but started to feel dissy after 30-40min pumping. And on my way out from the gym i relly did not know what was going on with me. And i had to throw up. It was all water !! Anyone know whats going on ? And my bp is high when im active in the gym. I all ways get high bp from using mast prop. Anyone have the same problem ??

How long before WO did you have some food? And that was it?
 
Quite common, I imagine you put tha abdominals under some stress, if it was legs that's a sign you trained them hard enough. You may have eaten thn trained to soon. If it was once it's not problem just make to eat after, if it's reoccurring see your doctor
 
eating noodles and tuna before the gym is a bad idea. just eat a banana and some raisins for example 30 minutes before the gym. having high bp while working out is perfectly normal , you should check your bp at rest before the gym and after the gym. normally during the gym it goes really up but few minutes after workout it drops below your normal. but it should be taken at rest with the proper equipment.
 
I never heard someone have so many problems lifting weights
 
Not to scare you or anything but have your heart checked out just in case. This is LIKELY not your issue but dizziness and vomiting during activity can be symptoms of heart problems.

BUMP !!

if it is one isolated event then it is probably due to what you ate...don't eat tuna or something heavy right before working out, you should not workout on a full stomach, just eat a light carb meal 30 minutes before + a small protein bar if you want.
bp is usually high when working out but should come to normal at rest and without any anxiety.
many supplements and most steroids can cause bp to rise and should be avoided if bp goes too high.
If throwing up after workout is something that happens often with you then it is advisable to ask a doctor.

I threw up after workout this morning. Felt light headed immediately after workout then nautious. This only happens to me during workouts early in the morning. Probably because i dont have enough time to cook a good meal. All I had was oats this morning.
