Then again you can always do what I do and work in a gym. :D

I work at two - so no matter where I am or with what clients I always have a place to work out.

I tried this, none are hiring lol

I had the same issue when I finished college and went on for more schooling. Stopped training for about 4 years due to studying and the carreer (blah, blah, excuses, excuses). Now with work, put in long hours and had a need to get myself back in the gym. So what did I do? I wake up at 5AM and get my ass in the gym by 5:30 AM (gym is 2 blocks away). Woek out till about 7 and then go back home to get ready for work.

I start work at about 9 and usually get home around 7:30-8. By the time I get home I do not want to do anything except talk to the wife, watch TV and eat. I am fortunate because I'm an early riser and can wake up this early.

So, as others have said, if you want it, you will find time for it.

Ya no joke ill be ok when i get back schoolin.

If I find it difficult, and I work behind a desk, I hate to think of how hard it is if you worked a physical job.

Eric

I ran a lawncare service from may-december. The time I could 'make' easy enough. The challenge for me was trying to find someway to avoid overtraining and injury. I actually regressed during that timeframe despite a decent training protocol. Caution is well advised.

For someone in a time crunch, you could try a simple density training protocol. Something like 20 minutes a week, 4-5 times per week. Pick simple compound movements. For example, 2 squatting sessions, 1 deadlifting session, and say 2 pressing/pullup type session. Most could 'make' that kind of time. If you really wanted to you could probably improvise a homegym that would save boatloads of time too.

Finding time is always a pain in the ass. That why I try to keep my workout to 2hr to 2 1/2 hours long so that I can workout after work. Luckly I'm unemployed so I have time to work out. Though it does hit the pocket book alot. Though once I have a job again working out become less than I like reason why I'm looking into a truck so I can get to the gym more easliy.
