tip for instant strength

This isnt a question or anything, just a tip for dramatically increasing ur strength before a big workout or something and it works. I knew this for a while and i wanna see if it works for u guys too. It has to do with breathing:

1) alright first u have to keep ur abs ROCK SOLID TENSE throught the whole thing(tense as hard as u can).

2) Plug up one of ur nostrils and breath and inhale through the other nostril

3) Then exhale through ur mouth in that tssss sound for a while

ur abs should be rock solid tense while inhaling and exhaling

U'll feel that all of the muscles in ur body are stronger. this is a really good tip before maxing out.

not joking here but sometimes ill hold the pen im using to write my stuff down inbetween my teeth to help my breathing not get out of hand.

I am not sure, but if this is supposed to be for real, it could be sort of an oxygen loading technique, as in blowing of CO2, because it is likley that you can breath out faster through your mouth than u can inhale through your nose. You could likely do the same thing by taking several very short breaths in and breath out pretty hard through the mouth. Sort of hyperventilating yourself. Some swimmers actually do this. This can also be done to some degree when running to ensure proper oxygen delivery. Be careful with this technique as if you do if improperly or too much and then you try to do some directly after, you might pass out. Some do it for a few~ 15-20 seconds prior to a set and you might have somewhat of a boost. Might work for ya. :rocker:
 
the reason it gives u instant strength for several minutes is because ur abs/core gets stronger from the intense breathing and a strong core=a strong body. If some of u guys think its bullshit then ur doing it wrong.
 
how the fuk do u plug ur nostril with a finger but also lifting. for instance benching
 
U DONT LIFT ANYTHING!!!!!!!!! ITS JUST A FUCKING BREATHING TECHNIQUE U CAN DO FOR GETTING INSTANLY STRONGER BEFORE LIFTING HEAVY OR MAXING OUT. read my main post carefully everyone pfunk thinks u have to exhale through ur nostril and now hes got shit all over his lap it clearly says inhale through one of ur nostrils while having ur abs rock solid tense and exhale through ur MOUTH in that "tsss" sound while still havig ur abs rock solid tense
 
were ur abs fucking tensed hard throught the whole thing like ui didnt stop tensing even for a second?
