first of all my goal... to meet my natural potential. i am currently 183 pounds but in the time it has taken me to achieve this weight i have put on some fat. i am unsure of my bf% probably more than i think...12%. in a few weeks im going away on holiday for 2weeks in which diet and vast amounts of alcohol will be consumed as im only 20 and its a lads hol. so when i come back my weight may have dropped. but in need of meeting my goal should i continue to bulk or cut down to say 8-10% bf. and then clean bulk?
