to eat or not to eat

im new to all this working out so im not sure about some things ive been told i dont after eat before a work out as creatine will give me what food does
 
It is quite important to have a perfect diet after your exercise session.
try some juices and fresh fruits.
 
i've been adviced not to eat 1 hour before and 1 hour after working out. Well I'm referring to heavy full meals. Protein bars, shakes are ok
 
you need to start doing a lot of research, the forum is full of very useful information and the sticky posted above is where you need to start. yes that is pretty much definatly why you would have been going light headed. and creatine has nothing to do with replacing food.
