Where your not!
In the twin lab protein they post for BCAA's and amino's that are per serving. Of course this double for a 50grm protein shake. Now I did pick up some Animal Training packs, would taking the Animal paks be wasting or to much intake? I do consume 2-3 shakes per day.

Which one are you taking? Animal Pak? If so then the liver pill in there has 1g or 2g protein in that brown tablet. You'd be fine.

Based on research that I have done, BCAA's are most effective when taken in doses of 5 g and above. Their optimal effects are right before/after your workout.

5 g upon waking up ; 5 g before training ; 5-10 g after workout ; and 5 g before bed.

I have been doing this for about a month now and I am really feeling the difference. My muscles also have a much more full look to them.

You will be fine. I have used BCAA's in the past, and switched to MAP recently using the same protocol of dosing throughout the day with great results. I will be trying a BCAA/MAP combo soon in similar fashion.

Might want to hold off on that till we get final word. Bcaa's interfere with some amino acid absorption, BUT MAP is suffeciently and faster absorbed better than even whey hydrolysate. My guess is to take MAP 1st and then wait 15 to 20 minutes till you use the Ibcaa's.

I know you could say that protein powders have bcaa's and amino acids already, but it takes the body hours to cleave off those aminos and utilize them.

That's the plan actually, that and using them for different purposes.

I notice and its true, that you should let MAP settle for 10 minutes before consuming. There is absolutely no foam when doin this. In that span of time I can mix in a seperate Blender Bottle, some Ibcaa's, do my warm up. Ive also been reading about supplementing with bcaa's, and one of the best times to use is right after a workout. So its goin to have to take some time to figure out what works best individually.

I've never had an issue with foam when using MAP by itself.
