Hello everyone...
I have a very healthy lifestyle, I eat right, work out 5 xs a week, balance between weight training & cardio. During the week it is very comfortable to pack a protein bar (Carbwise) than a shake to have before my workout, after work. It is causing a little concern due to that it has 9-10 gm of fat. Ho wdo u rate? Should I stick w/ the shake?
