Too Much Protien Per Serving?

How much is too much protien for one serving? I read somewhere that you shouldn't take more than 30g at one time. So that would make 6 or 7 shakes a day. Is that right? :confused:
 
I think too much per serving would be around 60g. I could be wrong though. And you should try to get most of your protein from whole foods. i.e. tuna, chicken, other lean meats, cottage cheese, etc. Don't get me wrong, shakes are great, but don't neglect whole foods.
 
there is no such maximum of amount of protein. protein utilization will differ from person to person. example: the body of a 250 lb man at 10% bf needs and will utilize more protein per serving than another man at 200 lbs and 10% bf.

Very true. In addition to that, the circumstances under which you take this protein also matters. For example, after a resistance training workout, you are capable of absorboing quite a lot of protein.
