Saw this on another board. Thought I'd share with you guys b/c the foods are excellent and all taste good. Again, I did not come up with this myself. Just passing it along for you guys. I don't want to take credit for the find. Take a look and I hope it helps everyone in their goals for 2011. Salmon was the top spot with blueberries next. Everything sounded so good, I went immediately to the grocery store and bought oats (2 for 1), blueberries, sweet potato, yogurt, wheat bread, turkey burgers, etc. I don't believe I saw cottage cheese which is surprising or coconut water which is better than water for rehydration and electrolytes.
