Saw this on another board. Thought I'd share with you guys b/c the foods are excellent and all taste good. Again, I did not come up with this myself. Just passing it along for you guys. I don't want to take credit for the find. Take a look and I hope it helps everyone in their goals for 2011. Salmon was the top spot with blueberries next. Everything sounded so good, I went immediately to the grocery store and bought oats (2 for 1), blueberries, sweet potato, yogurt, wheat bread, turkey burgers, etc. I don't believe I saw cottage cheese which is surprising or coconut water which is better than water for rehydration and electrolytes. Take a look and hit me up with some reps if you enjoyed them. Thanks all!

Water isn't food in my opinion. No nutritional value however, necessary for survival.

It's MF, what do you expect.
I eat essentially everything on there except olive oil; shit is disgusting. Quinoa is good, but straight it's a bit bland so I mix it 50/50 with couscous. For those who care, my recipe kinda goes like this: sautee two separate saucepans, 2-4 cloves fresh minced garlic and 1 whole jalapeno in ca. 1T coconut oil (med-low heat), add half habanero near the end of sauteeing (burns easily), add 2c chix stock to one pan and 1T lime juice, heat to boil, add 1c. quinoa, drop heat to low and simmer till done (just like rice). When taking off the heat, I add one large raw omega egg and mix it in very well; the heat from the quinoa will cook it. Let cool. I cook couscous the same way except it's done in about 1 min after you add to the boiling stock so you take it off the heat immediately post addition, and you need only 1 part stock to 1 part couscous (unlike quinoa).
