My question, I read so many different things I don't know what to believe. Is it better to exercise first, then eat breakfast, or eat breakfast and then exercise, now my next question, is that "exercise"consided cardio or weight training. Thanks

Always eat before weight training. Never lift on an emtpy stomach. If you are just doing cardio then you can do that on an empty stomach if your trying to lose fat but don't lift without food. :)

That's what I thought, do you think eating the majority of my carbs pre or post workout is best. I don't have many carbs to play with on 30g a day. I did eat my oatmeal&blueberries before weight training yesterday and my protein shakew/strawberries post workout. veggies were my main carbs the remainer of my meals. 2nd question: If I decide to increased my carbs to say around 50-60g a day, should I still refeed every 4th day? Or is that enough carbs.?

If you are low carbing, I would suggest eating the blunt of your carbs in the first meal of the day. If you increase your carbs (judging by your other post I think you need to increase protein forst), then yes you still need to carb up.

I workout at 5:30 AM, so there's not enough time to eat first. I have a protein/carb shake around 5, and then head to the gym.

weight training is catabolic. so constatnly training on an empty stomach will produce less than optimum results

When you wake up from a sleep your energy levels will be severely depleted. DO NOT LIFT WITHOUT EATING FIRST, or results will not be good.

i heard that is better to do crunches before you eat so it can burn the fat away...

No Jem7v, that is wrong. You must eat first and after. If you don't believe me go to a book store. Every weightlifting book will agree with me.
