mine would be my bench and incline bench since i was really hitting them hard. my incline before was 135 for a few reps and now its 185 for 6easy reps. My bench went from 185 for 5reps to 225 for 5-6reps
. my clean bulk diet was really great too. best gains of my life. i was gettin this everday usually: over 300g. of protein, over 400g. of carbs, and under 80g. of fats
but now it sucks balls. badly,i have slacked badly and my diet is crap.
