I would like to have your opinion on my routine. I'm 45, 228Lbs down from 242Lbs. My goal is 160Lbs i eat between 2100 to 2500 calories a day. I do full body workouts three days a week and two cardio sessions a week.

Decline bench press - 3x8x140lbs Alt. eow Incline bench press 3x8x140lbs
Machine Rows - 3 x 8 x 160lbs
BB wide grip upright rows - 3x75x8
Overhead triceps extension - 3x70x8 alt. eow Ez bar Skull crushers w/close grip press
BB curls - 3x75x8
Leg press - 3x300x15 Alt. eow Front Squats - 3x100x10
Calf raises 3x200x20 Alt. eow db Sitting calf raises 3x45x20
D2 - Cardio 45 minutes
D3 - Same as day D1
D4 - rest
D5 - Same as D1
D6 - Complexes
D7 - Rest
What do you think about this workout, is it to demanding?
Should i split to an upper and lower work out?
