I train alone at home with no spotter.
I can't really lift to failure without running into problems (i.e. how do I get this off me!).
As a beginner, would I benefit more from just getting the last rep possible in, or would drop sets be more beneficial for me?
I've read that drop sets are beneficial for experienced lifters, but in this case would I be better off doing them than stopping just before failure?
