I'm 25 years old and fairly new to lifting weights. I'm taking Creatine and No2 Hemodilator. I just developed an umbilical hernia last week. I can still lift weights, but everytime something pops out of the hole (some kind of fat I believe) and I have to push it back. I scheduled surgery for the summer, hoping I can realise the full benefits of the supplements before having to take 4 weeks off from any kind of lifting. What are your thoughts on this?
