Hi guys,
Im starting a M1T cycle in april and have a few queries about how I should approach my training when on.
I currently train by doing different exercises with different rep ranges week in, week out, but have read before that when doing cycles its sometimes best to just hit the muscles hard, hovering around the 6 reps range in order to fully tax the muscle.
As its only a 6 week cycle too, is it worth keeping the variation or doing a 'cycle specifc' type program that concentrates again on lower reps and basic power movements (i.e. Do Bench pressing solidly for the 6 week duration instead of alternating to dumbells as I do now etc - so too to boost strength and mass progress more quickly)
Basically, do I stick with what I do usually or alter my training for the cycle?
Thanks
