i am a 29yo guy, 6', 220# i was obese til i was 25 (up to 300#), lost weight fast through a crash diet and mostly will power
been lifting for 3 yrs now, still carrying lots of fat, i do cardio everyday (7 days a week) and lift 3-4 times a week, suggestions?, recommendations?, specific training for guys my size?, i want to look defined or at least not to look fat or like someone that doesnt train at all, i can be dedicated and i am a cardio enthusiast, (never did cardio AT ALLl for 25 years)
