Ok. Just got my new Gym membership after a layoff for a couple of months. I play rugby, for those of you familier with it all the better, those who arnt well its 80 mins of constant exercise requiring strength size and aerobic fitness. Now i want to gain some size aswell as strength but also want a high level of aerobic fitness; i am in somewhat of a predicament as each of the above counteracts (to an extent) the other. What would be some suggestions for a training regime?
