Hi all i have been training since i was 17 i am almost 25 now,up until almost 24 i always trained 5 days a week mon to friday and sometimes would switch it up and have wednesday off and train to saturday, for the last year i have been training one day on one day off,eod training and i have had massive strenth gains and have put on alot more muscle as oposed to the training 5 days a week in a row, i even now manage to train biceps twice a week tris 2x a week, some back 2x a week, most shoulder 2x and do chest and calfs excercisers 2x a week evenly spread out to get max rest and nuitrtion into the body, now im going to keep doing this until i start to see gains and strength slowing up and thats when im going to start my first steroid cycle and my biggest question is do i stick with the eod day training while taking steroids and maybe chuck in a few more excersizes and reps on training days or should i change it and try more intenser training routein or should i go back to training 6 days a week in a row, i guess im just worried i would be wasting the days i have off in between training days as im doing now if i was taking steroids cause my understanding is steroids speed up recovery alot so could you train hard every day or would training each 2 day(eod) be better i usally train for no longer then 1hour and 15mins atm and train with supersets and 1 min rest periods, need to know what you guys think,thanks
