I wanted to know if it was better to train 1st thing in the AM or at night. Right now I have been training 1st thing in the AM before I go into work. But I always wonder if I am hurting my gains, because I do not have time to eat much before the workout and if I did I would not have time to digest the food before the workout and would be blotted or throw up.

*** Also I wanted to know what your thoughts are regarding a workout schedule I had read that it is best to workout EOD even if on AAS. Because the nervous system needs time to recover before your muscles can recover / grow. I would like to know how often I should be hitting the gym.

Honestly, you can train first thing in the morning with no concerns of not having eating anything before your workout. Just make sure you drink your pre workout sup and your BCAA during training and have a solid post workout meal. In terms of how often you should work out, it really depends on you as long as you don't take three days off or workout 6 days in row. There are many people who workout Monday to Friday with great results; however, if you like to break it down, you can do a four day split, workout two days and take the third day off, then workout two days and take the weekends off( the later one is my favourite) in the end of the day, it all depends on your time availability tho. Just some thoughts.
 
Thanks for the info. I am going to stick with EOD for now and once or twice a week I will go into the gym middle of the day after a couple good solid meals. I think as long as I am in the gym 4 times a week I should by good. I have my workout broken down into 3 days to cover all body parts. I like the EOD because it give me a day to recover and the EAT..!! To fuel the body for the next day. Plus I do not want to mess with the nerves.
