I voted 20 % nutrition and 80 % training. Now of course this question is a little more complex than simple percentages depending on many factors. However, you can have the best diet in the world, but if you don't lift, you will not have any significant muscle(unless you are a genetic freak). On the other hand, I know plenty of guys that eat all kinds of crap, but lift hard, and have rather impressive physiques.

That means we answered the same response.

(Take note that i answered it first tho ;))

and i asked my old training partner to join IM. so he'll be here soon, i hope..but he always told me that if your going to do a bb show, you live eat breath and crap bbing.100% in both area's.dieting and training.if you cheat in one area and slack off in another, then why are you doing it??total foucus.100%..IMHO

I like the way you work it, No diggity - I'm 'bout to bag it up...

I wish I knew what was best.
Before I started lifting staying lean was almost effortless. Since then my appetite is twice what it was and although I've gained a lot of muscle weight I have a bit of the flab going too.

Now that the nice weather is here again I can ride my bike more, that's an easy way to drop the fat for me.

The poll? I don't know.

Nutrition IMO is HUGE! I have always, always been at the gym busting my butt,,, but until I got the nutrition down, it was pretty much wasted time. I've had more gains in the last six months than I've had in the last 6 years!:thumb:

To me, it was a total pain at first, keeping track - but I will continue to do it from now on! :D

I agree with you.

i vote 80% nutrition / 20% training.

I said 60/40 Diet/Training, even though I think quantifying this relationship with numbers is a bit simplistic. Either one can be your limiting factor, however, I think that far more people are limited by their diet as opposed to their training. More people pay attention to their training routines than their diets, even though many of those routines still suck balls.
