A notebook for the gym, an excel spreadsheet for tracking weekly/monthly/yearly increases and PRs. Also use excel to work out my percentages if im using a periodization scheme that needs them.
I keep track of my progress on my phone. I have an Android Incredible. If you have that or maybe an iPhone search "JeFit" and download the free one. It's really easy to use and has a lot of cool features (I guess you can call them that?) you can use. If not just buy a pen or pencil and a notebook, if you don't already have them.
im already using the pen and notebook app. I saw a really cool looking diet program a while back but it cost money and there was no torrents for it. I got a few good books downloaded, anything that helps I'll look at.
