HEY.

Anybody use any software to track food and workouts?

I know there are free sites on the Internet but this is for my mom and I think it's too much for her dial up connection.

I have the vivonic planner and like it a lot - and was considering getting her the PC software version.

Just wondering if anyone uses anything else?!

Thanks.

Hey there,

Okay,
I'm a goof ball. Sorry for the previous post...
Anyway, I purchased the Vivonic software for Palm OS and the PC about a year ago. I use it almost daily. The PC interface is fantastic, as you can enter new foods that aren't included in the database that comes with the software.
Strangly enough, it didn't have flax seed oil, Myoplex MRPs, etc. out of the box, but now it does. It is also quite easy to use, not knowing your mother's level of computer literacy. I believe it cost me 50 bucks for the software package.

Um, thanks - but I wouldn't recommend anyone download it - unless of course you want NIMDA!

Are you serious?

Well, I bought the prgram a couple of years ago for my wife, it really is a great piece of software.
