Hey guys. Im having trouble with my biceps as far as getting them hard and softball shaped. They seem softer than my tri's which are good probably b/c of benching since 7th grade but my question is:
Does a split like back/bi's vs. back/tri's -- chest/bi's have anything to do with this growth?
