For example, I'm doing 3 exercises for Triceps, and 3 sets each. Kickbacks, Push Downs and Dips. Will it be better if I do Kickbacks, Pushdowns and Dips in one turn, than repeat the step again 2 times, or should I complete each exercise one by one like do Dips all the way, followed by Pushdowns entirely, than Kickbacks. Which is better?

I don't have a great body, but as long as I work hard like now, I'm gonna reach there.

Myself I don't like kick backs or pushdowns. Dips are ok and I would do them seperately then move onto the next. I do close grip bench and skulls.

Both are great, it just depends on how intense you what to be and if you are in a time crunch. Straight sets are where you do all the sets in a rows from one single exercise. Giant sets or tri-sets are doing three different exercises back to back to back! These really exhaust the muscle because you spend little time between sets for recovery. But don't do these on a regular basis because they are very demanding on the muscles. And, in my opinion, they should only be done if you have the experience behind you because since you take little time between sets, you want to make sure that your form is perfect so you really capitalize on their benefits!

If you build it they will come

Personaly, I do one exercise at a time for almost all my workouts.

Calve's are the only one that I like to superset, I'll do a set of seated calve raises then go right to standing for a set then take a break.
