I just purchased : The Body-kit Manual: 4 Weeks Super-fast Muscle Gain and Fat Loss Course -

I was wondering if anyone else has tried it and had any success with it - well I thought 'Why Not' ? it is only 4 weeks worth, so.. I'll follow it word by word and see.. but if anyone else has anything to say about it I would be very much appreciative, since if it is truely.. not that good then please save me a months worth of time.

Hey you could of saved yourself 10 bucks and just asked here, alot of members (TP, Dvlmn, W8, DP, FF, Jodi, tons of people)would help you with a diet and training program that you could incorporate for life.............you still can ask, and start a journal...........:thumb:


Just a side note, I have more books and diet and training manuals than I need, but until I came here, I didn't learn squat about anything, you can read all you want but until you have motivators behind you, it doesn't do much..........at least that's what helped me

So.................... umm........................... why the hell does this book tell me I can't Masturbate while I'm cutting???? Extra Cardio, IMO. :grin:

This books is dumb - I wouln't want to be on a plan I can't masturbate on. Like cutting isn't hard enough and this book wants to take away all my fun. :no:

What the hell is wrong with towels in the gym? :lol:

You're telling me that smoking cigs,drinking, and getting stoned is bad for my exercise routine?

Since your new here, try not to take anything personally, and since you have another thread about training your friend, you should try the advice of the moderators and members here, they have an incredible amount of knowledge and their personal experience speaks for itself, Good Luck:thumb:

I'm not suprised that most people appear to me quite skeptical, yet just to feel that I have flushed a Tenner down then toilet I'm gonna follow the routine for 4 weeks - Thats nothing really. and If I feel overtrained imbetween I'll quit... but otherwise I'll post my results at the end of July just to see if it was worth it.
But, yea I am also a little suprised to see it has a section on masturbation... er, maybe it has some techniques ? ;)
