ok so im going travelling for 1-2 years, india, asia, oz
my basic plan is 3 full body workouts using a trx, and running twice per week(this cardio will alternate depending on my activity level in each country)
Full body routine- 60 seconds,work-30 seconds,rest/transition
Single leg squat
balance lunge
hamstring curl
hip abduction
chest press
back row
shoulder raise
bicep curl
tricep press
supine pull through
oblique leg raise
suspended crunch
Im also thinking about following a form of intermittent fasting, to keep lean(although ideally id like to bulk, the thoughts of putting on too much fat has me sterring towards maintaining)
it may seem a bit like a bit much, but i love working out and having lost 22 pounds in the last year and finally getting under 10% bodyfat, this is just part of my life now! so i want to do it right so i never go back to being a fat bastid!
