Does anyone see a big difference in using a bicycle for cardio compared to a tred mill. I have always jogged on the tred mill after workouts for cardio and to burn fat, but started recently having back pain on the tred mill so I decided to try the bicycle today. I worked up just as much of a sweat as I do on the tred mill and my body felt a lot better also. Is this just as effective in burning fat as jogging? Is it accomplishing as much as jogging?
