Alright guys, so I'm at a crossroads. Was going on a lean bulk here, and got a bit too fat during this oral kick. Started 215 or so, and am up to 230 or so 3 weeks into 400/250 test/tren E with 36msten/20dzine kicker.
Again, I'm gonna transition this to a cut for the remainder of the cycle. Have a trip in 6 weeks I wanna look good for, and am already big enough to cut down to a good base methinks. Been eating about 3600cals, more carbs than protein. Hasn't been PERFECT, just because of some unforeseen circumstances I ran into (major family and personal money problems-sometimes you gotta help folks). But realistically, I'm back up to 14-15%, and looking to get down as far as I can in the next 6 weeks.
Things on hand: Winny, more tren, more test, clen, t3, OTC supps, food.
Figured I would start the t3 now at 50mcg, and hit clen straight 6 weeks with ketotifen starting 3rd week.
Gonna start cardio more often, every day LISS in the morning, fasted, for 30 minutes and up as it goes. Also gonna add in heavy bag work, and some HIIT sprints for 2-3 days a week.
Thoughts on diet changes? People push the tits outta the Dave Palumbo's diet. Is Keto the way to go? Probably gonna back the intake down to 2400 to start and keep moving down from there. Maint is around 3k.
Any other ideas? Compounds I should add in, diet advice, cardio advice? Training is still on point. I'm making gains on the reg. it's nuts. First run with tren. Dunno if I'll ever go back.
