Tren cycle transition

Alright guys, so I'm at a crossroads. Was going on a lean bulk here, and got a bit too fat during this oral kick. Started 215 or so, and am up to 230 or so 3 weeks into 400/250 test/tren E with 36msten/20dzine kicker.

Again, I'm gonna transition this to a cut for the remainder of the cycle. Have a trip in 6 weeks I wanna look good for, and am already big enough to cut down to a good base methinks. Been eating about 3600cals, more carbs than protein. Hasn't been PERFECT, just because of some unforeseen circumstances I ran into (major family and personal money problems-sometimes you gotta help folks). But realistically, I'm back up to 14-15%, and looking to get down as far as I can in the next 6 weeks.

Things on hand: Winny, more tren, more test, clen, t3, OTC supps, food.

Figured I would start the t3 now at 50mcg, and hit clen straight 6 weeks with ketotifen starting 3rd week.

Gonna start cardio more often, every day LISS in the morning, fasted, for 30 minutes and up as it goes. Also gonna add in heavy bag work, and some HIIT sprints for 2-3 days a week.

Thoughts on diet changes? People push the tits outta the Dave Palumbo's diet. Is Keto the way to go? Probably gonna back the intake down to 2400 to start and keep moving down from there. Maint is around 3k.

Any other ideas? Compounds I should add in, diet advice, cardio advice? Training is still on point. I'm making gains on the reg. it's nuts. First run with tren. Dunno if I'll ever go back.

Tl;dr: 5'11", 230-232 @ 15%. 6 weeks. Test tren @ 250/400wk. T3 and clen. Trying to get as lean as possible in that time.

You don't really have enough time. That being said I would carb cycle with test and T3. Cardio 7 days a week for at least an hour.

If you just want to drop as much weight as possible, use the clen, t3 and test and keep the diet to just meat and veggies while doing the cardio mentioned above.
 
So, you say drop the tren and just no carb it for 6 weeks is my best option? Eating like 1.25-1.5g prot/lb and then veggies. And cardio my ass off. I could probably handle that. It'll be 5 days of the liss, as I do about 3 hours of club ultimate frisbee twice a week. Maybe I'll push it.

Too short of a time period to try a ckd or just Keto?

You can use the tren but I would just keep it as simple as possible. IF you get lean enough after a few weeks add it in if you want.

You'll need a carb load day once a week as well.

6-8oz of meat a serving 6-7 times a day with unlimited amounts of veggies will do the trick.
 
It's Tren E, so I'd be looking at a few weeks before it clears anyway. Plus I'm on week 5 or so of the cycle, so the esters are just now kicking in. I may keep it for a few weeks to see how it feels while the tren is in full force. I'll make that decision then.

But yea, meat and veggies with a one day/week carb up sounds good. And all the cardio I can handle. Just dosed 60mcg clen/50 t3. Lets make it happen.

Any other advice would be awesome.

Actually, one more question. How is my fat intake supposed to be on this? Non existent, moderate, a lot?

I know, it's kind of a dumb question. But, with what I was given as "eat meat and as many veggies as you can", I took that to be exactly what to do. More I thought about it, more I wanted just a bit more clarity to be sure is all.

Diet diet diet. 6 weeks should be enough time to drop a few % bf if u bust ass. It all depends on your body too. I can drop 3-4% body fat in 6 weeks with a good diet on tren but I have genetics to thank for that
 
Also your 3 weeks in on an oral. When u drop the oral more then likely you'll drop water weight

I have that factored into things in my head. I know I have a few pounds coming from that. But as far as stripping some fat, do you think what XYZ has lined up is good, or are there any other ideas/adjustments you'd make. Trying to gather as much info as I can. I'm more than willing to bust my ass, job and school permitting.

Xyz knows his shit. Only thing I wouldn't do is drop the tren. Get ur diet on point bust ur ass cardio wise and in 6 weeks ull definitely see some changes
 
Keep your protein intake up and along with the tren u won't drop much muscle. Hell you'll probably add some. Tren is notorious for putting on muscle even at a small cal deficit

U always want good fats bro. Protein wize u want atleast atleast 1.5 per lb of body weight. Even more if ur wanting to cut. Post in the diet section and there's some very knowledgable bros that'll give u a hand. Diet isn't my strong point. Maybe xyz will chime in here again

NO additional fats. You can take a fish oil tab with every meal but that's it. You'll be tired for the first two days but on the third day you'll be fine and have a ton of energy. You'll drop at least 5-7lbs in water weight alone in the first week.
