Are other areas getting bigger?

What is your diet like?

How long have you been doing those exercises?

When was the last time you changed your program?

am..about two and a half months..my diet low carb, eating a lot of protein(milk,eggs..),vegetables and other...no junk foods... i think it is from my diet

Its always a good idea to periodize your training programs, and totally switch up your training variables with every program.

If you're growing all over except your chest then you could well be either overtraining your pushing movements, or perhaps your training is just stagnating.

If you're not growing anywhere, then yeah its most probably your diet.

1. gain weight
2. press more weight.. but press more effectively.
3. vary your training up

the best advice i can give you to get what most consider a BIG chest would be to bench press, incline, and just plain PRESS more weight. Unless you're 5'6"ish or shorter... you're going to need to be pressing in the 300's at least to get a thick chest unless you're on the juice. This statement is pretty generalized but it's held true from the years i've been in the gym and worked with people.

If you're shorter, getting to 300 pound pressing would be easier assuming proportional length of limbs. I don't think that shorter people struggle putting on muscle mass relative to their proportions..because of their relative dimensions, it sometimes seems like the opposite is true. That is an evaluation from my own experience, though.

It is impossible to tell unless you post your training program and diet. We need more details. What is your rep range? What si your frequency? How many calories are you taking in? Is your chest the only part not growing?

Dude, seriously - if you want help you're going to have to answer the questions we're asking you.

Yes, its dissbalance. Your problem is that you should only be doing them in the Fall.

It is powerfully annoying that people join, start one thread that is answered in any of the stickies or a basic forum search, and then never ever come back.
