kenwood, you seem like a good kid and its great that your interested in different training stragtegies but in order for you to grow you ACTUALLY HAVE TO TRAIN. You can sit here and read and dicuss training all day long but your not gonna grow until you get your ass in the gym and put in some hard work! For fuck sake pick a simple routine and stick with it, when you stop gaining then you can come back and discuss some more.

Let's see... it takes about 45 mins three days a week for the average person to lift. I'd guess that he's absent from here for at least that long. There's nothing to suggest he doesn't actually train. Foreman, on the other hand, is a little bit pathetic. Seriously, look at his posts per day...
I love looking at new training techniques. It's important to know what's BS and why. That way you can spot it by yourself in the future.

Various techniques like this are good for the occasional bout of overreaching. However, I wouldn't be using dropsets, rest pause sets, force repetitions, or any other extreme intensity of effort type training on a regular basis unless your volume is incredibly low.
