maybe as a snack or something small, but not for the bulk of my carbohydrate intake, i would stick with oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice, beans, barley

I think they are ok every now and then as Aztec said. Maybe on a bulk they would be more suited...because for me I can eat tons.

speaking of nabisco i could go for some chocolate teddy grahams with a big ol glass of milk right about now

Im thinking about makin myself a huge ass sandwich here for my 3rd meal.

if you want another kind of cracker, i like wasa crackers
ingredients are (for the fiber rye)
whole grain rye flour
wheat bran
sesame sees
wheat germ
wheat fiber
sea salt
per crakcer 1 gram fat, 7 grams carbs (2 fiber), and 1 gram protein, they may be al little dry, but they are tasty to me

Read the paragraph above the nutritional info and how they don't list trans fat ;)

I wouldn't touch em.[/QUOTE]

Ya I read it but I dont think it was applying to triscuits having trans fat in them? If you read the ingredients theres no hint of any hydro or any ohter kinds of trans fats?

Dam Aztec nice find dude.......Figures.....Thats pretty gay they dont have to label trans fats? And they wonder why america is the fatest nation in the world.......I guess no more Triscuits for me........

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
The Reduced fat Triscuits on the box claim to be trans fat free.

- A large percentage of white-collar (non-physical) jobs
- A large variety of sendentary entertainment
- More food per capita than the next four countries (we throw food away in the tons).

Kashi has "TLC (Tasty Little Crackers) That are labelled trans fat free. They are damn good too. I have them in my local Super Target. I have only seen the ranch flavored ones in local grocery stores. There are honey and regular flavors as well. They do have soy though.
