Testosterone boosters for the vast majority, do not work at all. DAA has been proven somewhat. Still, they increase your natural production of testosterone, or are supposed to anyway. You are completely shut down at this point due to being on TRT, you have no testosterone production to increase. You either need to up your dosage, or IMO much more important divide your dose into once a week shots. You can also add a low dose aromatase inhibitor to prevent conversion to estrogen thus leading to higher test levels, at your dosage though your estrogen may actually end up too low.
If you can do it yourself, just divide your script into two shots of 100mg a week. Really what I would reccomend is just to buy your own testosterone, and use it at 200-250mg PER WEEK. You need to inject at least once a week to maintain stable blood levels. At 200mg every two weeks, by the second week your test is already pretty low and will be VERY low by the time you do your next shot. Its very stupid, but most doctors seem to think its ok to inject test enanthate or cypionate, which have half lives of about a week, every two weeks or sometimes every MONTH! You need at least once a week bro, discuss just dividing your current dose into two injections with your doctor. Also ask him to test you at about two weeks after your shot and see just how low your free and total testosterone really are. If all else fails you can easily and cheaply buy your own testosterone, and make your own dosing protocol. Just make sure you recontinue your prescribed dose about 4 weeks before your doc asks for bloodwork so that he doesn't find out. For an average individual I would say 150-200mg per week is fine and won't require the use of an AI (aromatase inhibitor) for most. For someone who is into bodybuilding IMO 250mg per week is better, you should probably get bloodwork 4-6 weeks after changing your dose and check your E2(estradiol) levels. If they are out of range and too high many doctors will lower your testosterone dose, but really what you should do is just add an aromatase inhibitor (AI) like arimidex. On a cruise dose .25mg arimidex 2-3x a week should work well for you and keep E2 levels in range, it will also increase your testosterone levels since less will be converted to estrogen.
At a dose of 250mg a week with a small amount of AI, you should have absolutely no issues whatsoever, EXCEPT possibly elevated red blood cell and hematocrit. Get these checked every few months at first and find out if you have an issue with this, not all will. If so there is a very easy solution. Simply go and donate blood every once in a while and this will keep your RBC and hematocrit in check, if it is too high your blood will be thicker meaning higher blood pressure and increased risk of stroke etc. Not usually a problem for most but it is something to be aware of. Hope this helps, but No a "test booster" or herbal remedy will do you no good brother. Save your money and pick up some testosterone
