Man it sounds so lazy asking if anyone has a recipe. I mean I live a realy lazy life style as you can see. I work out in the 1 out of 2.5 hours of my personal time but asking if anyone has a good recipe realy must make me look bad.
But on the serious side I m tired of being fat my pants are getting a bit too tight so its time to cut back. I ve alrdy dropped 1 scoop of my weight gainer (200cals). and next week im dropping all shakes using mike to skim. But I am adding grapefruit before my begal in the morning and I wanted to add green tea extract does anyone know the best time to take it? I can break up the dose 2 times a day.
Grapefruit helps speed up your metabolism.
And I m just going to slowly change my diet to keep from starving my muscles. so in a week im dropping the wheat bagels in the mourning and doing egg whites. I m not big on the supper low carb diet anyway. I like to reduce the fat and a little carbs.
hellooooPS I'd ditch the flax oil. Fish oil would be an excellent sub.
