Trying to bulk

Man it sounds so lazy asking if anyone has a recipe. I mean I live a realy lazy life style as you can see. I work out in the 1 out of 2.5 hours of my personal time but asking if anyone has a good recipe realy must make me look bad.

But on the serious side I m tired of being fat my pants are getting a bit too tight so its time to cut back. I ve alrdy dropped 1 scoop of my weight gainer (200cals). and next week im dropping all shakes using mike to skim. But I am adding grapefruit before my begal in the morning and I wanted to add green tea extract does anyone know the best time to take it? I can break up the dose 2 times a day.
 
Why are you drinking fruit juice and eating bagels to try to drop fat?
Green tea extract? Just take it whenever you want. I suppose it might be worthwhile to take it before a workout.

Grapefruit helps speed up your metabolism. And I m just going to slowly change my diet to keep from starving my muscles. so in a week im dropping the wheat bagels in the mourning and doing egg whites. I m not big on the supper low carb diet anyway. I like to reduce the fat and a little carbs.

As long as you get in what you require, you're fine - I'd be hungry as hell on just eggwhites for breakfast though.

You ever cut before?
 
PS I'd ditch the flax oil. Fish oil would be an excellent sub.
 
In last months Reps (which is the funniest mag I ve ever seen) it had a section on food for bodybuilders or something like that and it was talking about grapefruit in the mourning helps burn cals.

I ve never real cut the healthy way because normaly I was just trying to get to a weight, not body fat%

Oh and now im taking fish and flax seed oil in the morning and night
