If you read the article.. the one negative about the whole situation is that Testosterone is already legal.. and there are a shit ton of generic versions out there.. So big pharma won't throw there money behind this research because they won't make any money selling Testosterone.. They only invest in research that leads to them monopolizing some new drug that costs $.50 to make and they can sell for $5000 by billing the insurance companies of sick patients
