Tuna Lovers...

Tuna gives me nightmares :scared: :barf:

Had my first tuna steak done rare on the grill this past week!!!!! Yum!!!! The only way to go, folks. Expensive as heck, but delicious none the less! Can hardly even eat the canned or pouch stuff anymore.

Oh yeah, that's the only type of tuna I can eat! It's yummy :lick:
It's a good thing I'm still living at home and not paying the grocery bill

ALEXANDROS conquered a hefty chunk of real estate back in the day. There simply wasn't enough room for his raging hormones in Macedonia.

Hey Vanity. Havent seen you around in a while

Any tuna is good for me, but nothing tops fresh like you guys said. I am lucky a few months out of the year when I go fishing for it in my boat. I clean house on them and eat like a king, mmmmmmmm.

Does anyone ever use those pouches where you can rip them open and eat it straight out of the bag? I tried those and they seemed disgusting to me :barf: (even though they're convenient.)

I have and I think they're great.....
I usually add a teaspoon of salsa and mix it up right
in the pouch; remind's me of my army days in
the field when tuna was in the MRE's ( Meals Ready to Eat )

I actually prefer the pouches, but I haven't had any tuna in a long time. Saw a news report on TV (I know, can't believe everything), but they had a former FDA guy on that said if tuna just came on to the market, it wouldn't be allowed to be sold because of the amount of mercury it contains. I decided then and there I'd skip the tuna.

Over reaction? Sure, but I just can't justify eating it anymore.
