I am bringing a couple of packets of Albacore Tuna to work everyday and I have been eating it plain, or with a little mustard.....After about a week I need to add something else.....
What do you guys add to your tuna? Low Fat Mayo....No Fat Mayo........Four scoops of Miracle Whip?????? ;-)

Thanx all.....

Eric

I use Miracle Whip (they have fat free), 4 scoops is??? Sounds kind of like alot unless thats teaspoon.

Any kind of veggie you can throw in there virtually. I use onions and black pepper, you can use olives, celery, bell peppers, the list is nearly endless and it makes it much more edible.

tree sap makes it go down better!:thumb:

I top my green salad with the tuna and add in oil and vinegar (well only vinegar right now because of the comp  :)

This tastes great though and your not stuck eating dry tuna :D

Sweet.....I never thought of the veggie thing.....Thanx for the tips.... I was just kidding about the 4 scoops of Miracle Whip....
I meant 4 cups. :D

And the tree sap thing takes way too long......;)

Well...gotta go to work....Just finished shoulders this morning...and it hurts to type....I think I'll finish off the workout with a nice oatmeal....I read some posts last night around midnight and just had to go get some......

Later.......

I mix tuna with celery, red onion, and mayo sometimes. You can also do that with canned chicken.

This, but add a little bit of your mustard, garlic powder and a lot of black pepper, and any onion will do.. (And maybe saltless salt or whatever..) it is soooooooooooo good. :nut:

does fat free mayo even exist?

as far as i know mayo is something like 96% fat

if there is a fat free mayo out there, i doubt it's even mayo :P

Sure but :shake: its freaking nasty :barf:

Depending on your fat for that meal ...........I add flax or safflower mayo to mine. What I like flax

I think I'd rather drink Liptogen mixed in Flax Oil than put Miracle Whip on ANYTHING. That stuff is nasty...it is not Mayo...one day, when I am dictator, I'm banning the stuff....:D

I mix mine with cottage cheese ... but I love cottage chees I also mix it with PB :thumb:

Try it ... someone told me about it at first I thought I would :barf: but it is good. It gives you some good fat and plus a good source of protien. :thumb: :D

PB & Cottage cheese is good.

This is a tuna thread and for a second I thought you were saying to mix tuna and pb now that would :barf:

Hmm, you know what, I love both. So, if you think "logically" if 1 yummy (Tuna) + another yummy (PB) MUST = a super good yummy, right!? It's like math 1 + 1 = 2....one positive # times another positive # equals a positive #!! This is revolutionary! I'm a genius!  :D :D :p

Sorry about changing the direction of this thread .... long live tuna :thumb: :D

mix it with flax oil, olive oil, scrambled or boiled eggs, mayo,or my favorite melt it with cheese :)

Sara not everyone is on a higher fat diet :finger:

He appears to be on a lower fat diet so he can't have all those things. :)

egg whites? not all cheese are high in fat, he can have .5 oz. :)

Most of us cutting Sara don't eat ANY cheese :)
