Hi, hope some of you can remember me, I been out for a few months. Well here I am to ask for your opinions once again. My shoulder has been f**ked up for the past 5 weeks. I though it was nothing to worry about, now it is starting to worry me. It???s been five weeks and I can not even bench 135lbs. My coach tells me he thinks I have a torn muscle. I just wanted to know if any of you have gone thru something like this before and how did you recover, how long? Can you make a full recovery from this without having to go thru surgery? I don???t want to go to the doc, if they tell me I need surgery I???ll most likely be out for some part of my football season and I???m trying to avoid that. Any opinions are very well appreciated.
