So I'm starting my cut soon and I wanted a little help on my diet. I'm going to be using myfitness pal to set up my diet. I have a picture of the diet below...I've done a cut before but it wasn't taken real seriously, just ate less, and did a steady walk on the treadmill for 30 to 45 minutes 4 to 5 times a week. It was effective but now that I've finished what I think is a very successful bulk I'm ready to take my gains seriously and do a serious cut. I plan to cut all summer just due to the convenience of it. I'll be working 55 hours a week working construction so I'll be making my meals every night and eat them the following day. I plan on continuing my weight training throughout the summer to keep as much muscle mass as I can though I know some loss is inevitable. I'm a college student right now and I have a meal plan so it's really hard to track my macros and the school food is far from nutritional.
As we speak I'm 19 years old, been lifting seriously for 2 years now, 195lbs at 18 to 20 percent body fat. The 18 to 20 percent bf is a rough figure I've got from calipers and an electronic scale. I'm not so sure about my maintenance calories due to me never counting them before. Let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions.
Thanks.
