It seems like a lot of Omega 6, but I'm trying to gain some size, and I'm also studying for an exam tomorrow, so I figured to satisfy the munchies, instead of eating some junk, I grabbed some peanut butter. Good idea?

Do you have to mix the oil in that brand or is it mixed all the time by its self?

How about that Smart Balance PB? Tastes great and macros look the same as the other natural pbs. Just seems to good.

Added sugars and trans fatty acids.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones

I'll check next time, but is that sold at Walmart or Kroger?

Dunno, our Walmart dosen't sell groceries yet and I never heard of Kroger. All our major supermarkets in CT sell the Smart Balance line (mayo, butter, peanut butter).

what of the natural kind that doesn't require stirring?

I don't know of any that doesn't require stirring. Other then after you throw it in the Refridgerator.

Smart balance isn't really natural. Well what I consider natural. As it has Palm and Flaxseed oil added, as well as molasses.

The nutrition label is exactly the same as other natural pbs... The only thing I didn't know was what kind of glycemic effect palm oil, flaxseed, molasses had. Otherwise, it looks healthier with the added efa's.
