Tyson was good ... and his main weapon was intimidation. But after Buster dusted him, he lost that.
Without the intimidation, any heavyweight who can box can beat Tyson. Most in his young career were beat even before the got in the ring. Ding would go the bell and they would immediately take one shot and start holding and grabbing. Once you get to that point, he was yours.
Lewis can box ... but he's a very lazy and unpredicatable boxer. If the 'boxer' shows up, he'll beat Tyson. If the lazy Lewis shows up, it will be a toss up because he tends to grab adn hold a lot - which is right where you don't want to be.
