Well, IMO rather them than you. remember, you have to be there everyday as well, and if you have to worry about fatty rubbin her lard on your face how the hell can you accomplish anything at work?

my advice: DO NOT under ANY circumstances confront the lady(s) and say you know, i dont like you rubbing your ass in my face... etc. because they will do it more. Definately dont threathen them either, that just makes things uncomfortable.

What I think you should do is be respectful, but a ball buster to the fat women. You will fulfill their attention requirements and they will leave you alone, your simply not giving them enough attention and by rubbing their ass' in your face their getting exactly what they want. Give them what they want, appease them with attention, BUT on YOUR terms, not theirs. BUST THEIR CHOPS. If all of the fat lady's fall in love with you and have nothing but good words to say about you, the hot girls will come for you, immediately.

Not in this day and age, bro. If he said that they would be shakin' in their boots that he'd file a claim and it would all end. Can you appreciate the humiliation of an ugly duckling getting fired over sexual harrassment? No company is going to want the public humiliation of a lawsuit over that kind of thing (male being harrassed) anyway. She'd be gone like yesterdays news if it was leading to that.

They also have zero social skills, dumb as a doornail, bad in bed, have no future in life, do so much cosmetic shit to their body, unhealthy, miserable on the inside......etc........these are the gold diggers. In Vegas or LA, Yeah. Those are phony places. Perceptions are skewed. In Detroit or Chicago, you don't see older rich men out with early 20 somethings. The guys that are doing that are screwing them in hotels behind everyones' back (they hope) or they are strippers that they are padding their egos with. Those are affairs, not relationships. Occaisionally, you see it. Not often.

I agree, But a civil suit against her is a little ridiculous, after all if he felt she deserved to be punished, simmons wouldve done it already.

Then again, it all comes back to him not doing whats right for him, and letting other people control what he does and how he feels. if the lady had any idea that he was going to file a claim, i highly doubt she would've done what she did. she did it because he let her do it.

Just telling her he doesn't like it is enough. Business doesn't screw around with that stuff anymore and anyone who works in it knows it. I'm not saying take her to court, just "leave me alone" would be enough. Perception is worth more than reality in a lot more situations than this.

Also you still know I am 100% correct in my past statements about "most women."


Would you also try to tell me that most men do not go for look's when looking for a date? Do most men see the 5'3'' 120 lb woman the same as he see's the 5'3'' 160 Lb woman?? Is the A cup just as popular as the D cup??? ect....ect...ect

Actually, if he filed a complaint, it would be investigated and would have to be proven.

Now, do you think the supposed fat/urgly girls cohorts (I'm still not sure she exists or that this debacle ever too place.. I have the feeling we are being manipulated by master simmons for sympathy) are going to side with him against her?

Hmm? I think not. More likely, the company would quietly tell them both off, separate them or get rid of them.

A simple solution for a difficult problem. Workers are very expendible these days. Plus, we don't know what Mr Simmons may be doing to provoke these situations.

I find very few girls who heavyset and not very handsome, to be outlandish in their behaviors. To the contrary, they tend to be timid, recessive, and quiet, not calling attention to themselves, unless they have a very outgoing personality (some do, and are popular for it among their peers).

True, it would be enough in a typical office setting. Then again I dont know where he works or what type of enviorment he is in. If it is anything remotely serious, then absolutely that would be enough.

I can't help but ask myself how she got away with it in the first place if his work is serious about this type of thing.

I was shying away from that approach simply because it would make things uncomfortable and create drama amongst the employees... something he most certainly doesn't want.

My apologies as that was not my intention. You appear to have this hatred for women. You feel that only finances and power is the only thing a women wants. This is so untrue, especially for someone your age. Maybe you date younger which is why you say these things. If so, then try looking for a women closer to your age and with their own life and maybe you will understand where I'm coming from.

No, this is true IMO. Our eyes are the first things that grabs attention to the likes of someone. Physical attraction is first and foremost. Without the physical attraction, then there is nothing. Same goes with trust. If you have no trust in a relationship, you have nothing.

The gravitationaly challenged women I have worked with in the past were very obnoxious for the most part. The cute ones were either very cool or very insecure.
