about 4 years ago i started workin g out at the gym.
I stuck at ir for about 18 months, when i gave up as i moved away to go to uni, and the uni. (couldn't afford gyms in Dublin).
I've been havin ga bit of trouble with my back ever since. my chest feels tight and i have to press my hands against my spine and push my chest out. I hear a cracking / popping sound, then i feel relief.
it feels as though it's coming from.. some where just left or my spine.
Anyways. My right arm is a lot stronger and bigger than my left. my right shoulder is also notably different. my chest seems about the same on each side.
can someone suggest how i may fix this problem? i've been to chiropractors, but all they ever do is crack my back, and within 15 minutes i feel the same. i can crack it myself just as good.
any advice?
