I've just gotten back into a little strength training lately. I'm an ectomorph and I'm over 40, so I'm not expecting to pack on the muscle (though I'd love to). Anyway, what little pecs I do have are bigger on my left side than on my right. I've always assumed that because I'm right handed, my right arm is stronger than my left, so when I do chest exercises, my arm does more of the work on my right side than on my left. Does that makes sense?
If so, what would be the best exercise(s) to do on my right side only to build up my chest without further stengthening my already stronger right arm? Or should I be focusing on building up my left arm instead? Or both?
